Pumpkin Cake

4 Eggs
1 2/3 C. Sugar
1 C. Pumpkin
1 C. Oil
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 C. Flour

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a sheet cake pan(15x10x1-inch) and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Frosting:
1 Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 bag Powdered Sugar

Combine all in a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour over cake and spread evenly over the whole cake.
